Our commitment
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the applicable requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Accessibility is considered in design, content, development, and ongoing website review.
Measures we take
- Provide meaningful headings, landmarks, labels, and link text
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states
- Maintain sufficient colour contrast and readable text scaling
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Use labelled forms with understandable validation and instructions
- Test responsive layouts without horizontal scrolling at common zoom levels
Third-party content
Some third-party tools, including embedded maps, financing services, or manufacturer resources, may not be fully controlled by North Valley Equipment. We continue to review these experiences and will provide an alternate way to access information when possible.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need help completing a form, or require information in an alternate format, contact us by phone or email. We will acknowledge accessibility feedback and work with you to provide a suitable response as soon as practical.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We review new templates, inventory interactions, forms, navigation, and content as the site changes, and we update this statement when our practices materially change.
